Oasis is looking for a Community and Social Manager to grow and nurture our online presence. You'll be responsible for responding to comments, building community, uploading posts, helping with ideation, and gathering footage for content.
This role is all about being the voice and face of Oasis in the community — engaging authentically with our audience, keeping our channels active, and supporting the content team with ideas and raw material.
What you'll do
- Respond to comments across all platforms
- Build and nurture our community through authentic engagement
- Upload posts across social media channels
- Help with content ideation and brainstorming
- Gather footage for use in content production
- Monitor community sentiment and surface feedback to the team
- Maintain an active presence on stories, DMs, and replies
