Oasis is building the most transparent health data platform in the world.

We independently test, analyze, and synthesize the latest scientific research on drinking water, food, and supplements—so consumers can instantly understand what's actually inside the products they use every day.

We're looking for a Researcher to own our scientific research, lab data analysis, and scoring systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply passionate about evidence-based health and wants to shape how millions of people understand the products they consume.

Responsibilities

- Analyze new lab testing data and translate results into clear, actionable product insights
- Develop, maintain, and iterate on Oasis' scoring and rating algorithms
- Stay current on emerging scientific research in water quality, food safety, and supplements
- Synthesize complex scientific studies and lab reports into product-level assessments
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all research outputs
- Expand our research methodology as we grow into new product categories
- Collaborate with the operations team to build and refine research workflows

Who you are

- Deeply passionate about health, longevity, and clean living
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply scientific studies and lab reports
- Highly detail-oriented with a low tolerance for inaccurate data
- Analytical mindset with experience in scoring models, data analysis, or quantitative research
- Excited by building something early, fast, and independently
