Oasis is building the most transparent health data platform in the world.

We independently test, analyze, and synthesize the latest scientific research on drinking water, food, and supplements—so consumers can instantly understand what's actually inside the products they use every day.

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to own the accuracy and integrity of every data point in the Oasis app. You'll build the systems that ensure our data is always correct, monitor it continuously, and communicate confidence in that data to our users.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end data accuracy across all product categories (water, food, supplements)
- Build and maintain automated systems and processes to validate, verify, and audit data in the app
- Create tracking and monitoring frameworks that flag data inconsistencies or errors in real time
- Design and implement notification systems to keep members informed about data accuracy and updates
- Collaborate with the research and engineering teams to establish data quality standards and SLAs
- Develop SOPs for data ingestion, validation, and correction workflows
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies reported by users or surfaced through internal tools

Who you are

- Detail-obsessed with a strong track record of building quality assurance or data validation systems
- Experienced with data pipelines, monitoring tools, and automated testing frameworks
- Strong analytical thinker who can design scalable QA processes from scratch
- Excellent communicator—able to translate complex data quality issues into clear updates for users and teammates
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
