Oasis is building the most transparent health data platform in the world.

We independently test, analyze, and synthesize the latest scientific research on drinking water, food, and supplements—so consumers can instantly understand what's actually inside the products they use every day.

We're looking for a Head of Operations to own and scale our day-to-day operations, team management, and external communications. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is a strong operator and thrives on building systems, managing people, and driving partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Lead and hire virtual assistants and operational staff
- Own customer support operations and ensure a best-in-class user experience
- Manage brand communications and public-facing messaging
- Build and manage partnerships with labs, brands, and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operations
- Oversee category expansion logistics across water, food, supplements, and beyond
- Collaborate with the research team to operationalize new data and insights

This is not a "manager-only" role. You will be expected to execute tasks yourself in addition to leading others.

Who you are

- Strong operator who can design systems, then run them
- Experienced in managing and hiring remote teams and VAs
- Excellent communicator—comfortable with brand voice, customer support, and partner relations
- Highly organized with a low tolerance for dropped balls
- Excited by building something early, fast, and independently

As we are a small team this is a hands-on role and you will be expected to execute tasks yourself in addition to leading others.
