Oasis is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and brand awareness through creative, multi-channel strategies. You'll be responsible for recruiting and signing creators, forging influencer partnerships, sourcing new content opportunities, managing UGC campaigns, and running paid and organic growth initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and content strategy. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and deeply plugged into the creator economy — someone who can identify high-impact opportunities and move fast to execute them.
What you'll do
- Recruit and sign creators to produce content for our brands
- Find and source new content opportunities across platforms
- Build and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Run and scale UGC (user-generated content) campaigns
- Own SEO strategy — optimize content and web presence for organic discovery
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms
- Identify new growth channels and run experiments to validate them
- Track performance metrics and iterate on what's working
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to align growth efforts with brand direction
Who you are
- Proven experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape
- Experience running paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and content-driven growth
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with creators and partners
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Passionate about health, wellness, and transparent information
