About the job

Oasis is looking for a Content Producer to own our content production end to end — from ideation and editing through to posting and feedback — all with the goal of informing billions of people to live healthier.

You'll scale our in-house content engine across every channel, with a clear mandate to grow our accounts past 1M+ followers. This role is for an operator who lives and breathes the algorithm, has a sharp editorial eye, and can ship a high volume of polished content without dropping the quality bar. You'll be the engine behind the brand's output — turning raw ideas and footage into content that travels.

What you'll do

- Scale our in-house content production across formats and platforms
- Edit short-form video, images, and copy to a high quality bar
- Own quality assurance for everything that goes out the door
- Lead ideation and concepting for new content series, hooks, and angles
- Post and program our Twitter/X accounts on a daily cadence
- Grow our accounts past 1M+ followers through consistent, high-performing content
- Track what works, iterate fast, and scale winning formats
- Collaborate with creators, scientists, and the founding team to source raw material

Who you are

- Proven track record growing social accounts to large followings (ideally 100k+ with a clear path to 1M+)
- Deep understanding of Twitter/X — what travels, what doesn't, and why
- Strong editor with an eye for pacing, hooks, and visual quality
- Operator mindset — can ship volume without sacrificing the quality bar
- Endless ideation engine — never short on concepts or angles
- Highly organized, reliable, and thrives on a consistent posting cadence
- Passionate about health, wellness, and transparent information
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
