About the job
Oasis is looking for a Content Writer / Operator to ideate, create, and manage content across all our brands and channels. You'll be responsible for sourcing content ideas, writing video scripts, crafting social posts, storyboarding and sourcing graphics/imagery, and developing wording for email, website, and other communications.
This role blends creative writing with hands-on content operations. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who can develop content that drives engagement and builds brand affinity, while also managing the day-to-day execution of content production.
You should be comfortable writing across formats — from short social captions to long-form scripts — and be excited about shaping how Oasis communicates with the world.
What you'll do
- Ideate and source content ideas across all platforms
- Write video scripts for short-form and long-form content
- Create Twitter/X posts and social media content
- Storyboard and source graphics and imagery for content
- Develop wording for email, website, and other brand communications
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Manage and execute the content calendar
- Stay on top of content trends, platform updates, and emerging formats
Who you are
- Strong writer with experience in copywriting, scripting, and social media content
- Creative thinker who can generate fresh content ideas consistently
- Comfortable writing across multiple formats and platforms
- Eye for visual storytelling and graphic sourcing
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
